· Two forms of identification, one being a Picture ID
· Copy of Homeowner’s Insurance Declaration Page
· Original Power of Attorney (please let us know in advance if you are making use of a POA
· Any Conditions required by your lender (eg. Proof of debt payment or Tax statement)
